Sims joins Choyce Peterson as senior VP

According to Choyce Peterson, Inc., David Sims has joined the company as senior VP. With over 30 years of commercial real estate experience nationally, he has leased over 18 million s/f of office space and sold six buildings worth more than $150 million. Sims previously worked for Reckson Associates Realty Corp., serving as managing director and senior VP of the Westchester/Connecticut division as well as a member of the operating committee. Sims received his BA from Syracuse University.
