Simone’s 10,029 s/f bldg. at 132 Tuckahoe Rd. 100% leased

Yonkers, NY According to Simone Development Cos., Wingstop has signed a lease for 1,300 s/f of retail space at 132 Tuckahoe Rd. The 10,029 s/f building is now fully leased.

This is the third Wingstop restaurant in Westchester County. Founded in 1994, the company operates and franchises restaurants globally with 10 locations in the New York Metro area.

Wingstop was represented by Karnit Mosberg and Scott Meshil of Royal Properties, Inc. Simone Dev. was represented by its in-house leasing and legal teams.

“We are very pleased to welcome Wingstop to their newest Westchester location at 132 Tuckahoe Rd.,” said Joanna Simone, principal and president of leasing & property management operations for Simone Development Cos. “This fully leased, 10,000 s/f retail center offers a healthy mix of national chains and local businesses that are conveniently located in close proximity to the Saw Mill River Pkwy. and I-87.”
