Manhattan, NY L&L Holding Company reached an agreement with Dunkin’ to occupy the last remaining retail availability at 600 Third Ave., L&L’s 42-story office tower in Grand Central district.
Dunkin’ will occupy a 1,018 s/f storefront at the base of building next to the lobby. Under the 10-year lease, the global brand is expected to open by year end. Dunkin’ joins Shake Shack, Just Salad, Blink Fitness and Chipotle, which committed to a corner location in January, at 600 Third.

Originally built in 1970, the 574,067 s/f tower occupies the entire western blockfront between East 39th and East 40th Sts. L&L, which owns 600 Third in partnership with BlackRock, completed a series of renovations and modernizations to the tower, including lobby upgrades and building system improvements. L&L also redesigned and renovated 600 Third Ave.’s plaza to create a public green space with pathways that encourage pedestrians to circulate and relax.
The tower benefits from its close proximity to Grand Central Terminal, the United Nations, and an array of Midtown East offices, apartment buildings and hotels. Notable companies with an office presence at 600 Third include law firm Polsinelli, strategic investment firm Energy Impact Partners and global investment management firm 3G Capital.
