We are confident CKO Kickboxing will seamlessly fit in with our terrific roster of tenants in serving the local community."

Simone Development Companies acquired the 7.9-acre site in 2011 and transformed it from a closed Postal Service equipment transfer station to the modern and successful Throggs Neck Shopping Center. The property was developed in partnership by Simone Development Companies with Aaron Malinsky of Curbcut Urban Partners and Paul Slayton of Slayton Investments. It includes free on-site parking.
