Simone Development Companies renews 23,021 s/f lease with Northwell Health

Lynnbrook, NY Simone Development Companies has signed a long-term lease renewal with Northwell Health, Inc. for the entire three-story, 23,021 s/f medical office property located at 733 Sunrise Hwy.

Simone Development Companies was represented by in-house leasing and legal teams.
