Simonds of Conley reps tenant, Alliance Worldwide, in 4,287 s/f lease

Alliance Worldwide Investigative Group LLC turned to Conley Associates' for tenant representation services, in their relocation to Saratoga County. Alliance signed a lease for a 4,287 s/f space at 4 Executive Park Dr. Eric Simonds, CCIM, of Conley brokered the lease. Alliance operations manager, Rocco Scarano, said, "They (Conley Associates) met with us, surveyed our needs and then developed various options suitable to meet our requirements including an exhaustive economic analysis. Once the selection was made, they worked very closely with us to execute a timely and seamless transition to our new location. After the move, they continue to be attentive to our daily needs.
