Simmons of Giscombe brokers 3,037 s/f lease

The National Black Leadership Commission on AIDS, a non-profit group headed by former borough president Virginia Fields, has taken a 3.5-year lease for 3,037 s/f at 120 Wall St., a 33-story building. Maxine Simmons of Giscombe Realty Group represented the tenant. The sub-landlord is the New York State Nurses Association. The building owner is Silverstein Properties.
