Silverman Realty Group completes five leases

According to Silverman Realty Group, Inc., it has completed the signing of five new retail leases within the last five weeks. At 38 Mamaroneck Ave., Panchero's Mexican Grill, a fast casual fresh-mex restaurant will be opening its first Westchester location. The 2,050 s/f store should be open in the late fall. Pam Bren Goldschmidt of Goldschmidt & Associates represented the tenant. At 40 Mamaroneck Ave., Energy Kitchen, a franchise restaurant based in New York City, has signed a lease for a 2,050 s/f. The restaurant serves healthy, high energy wraps, burgers, salads, smoothies all under 500 calories. Patrons on the go can order breakfast, lunch and dinner guilt-free. The tenant was represented by Jason Wuchiski of RHYS Commercial. At 60A Mamaroneck Ave., Delicious Licks, a self-serve frozen yogurt establishment has opened its first area location. At 74 Mamaroneck Ave., Milonga Arepas & Tapas Grill, has signed a lease for 1,383 s/f. The same owner as the popular Milonga on North Broadway is excited to open a second location focusing on lunch and the after-work crowd. This location will have an upscale bar and serve authentic Colombian arepas and tapas. Nicole Russo of Silverman Realty Group handled the lease. At 180 E. Post Rd., Straight A's, a new business catering to students, parents and teachers selling learning toys, games, teaching supplies and crafts. The tenant has leased 2,640 s/f of retail space and expects a late summer opening.
