Silber Investment Properties completes 7-Eleven portfolio acquisition – $6 million

Allegany, NY Silber Investment Properties has completed the last segment of a portfolio acquisition of Upstate New York 7-Elevens for Peter Petrakis. The sum total of all property values within this acquisition was $6 million, with this last transaction being the 275th deal completed between Silber and Petrakis.

The properties are located at: 

  • 183 West Main St., Allegany;
  • 607 North Union St., Olean; and 
  • 34 Main St., Canaseraga.

Jesse Tufariello of Silber Investment Properties represented the seller Countryside, ALF LLC and Adam Silber of Silber Investment Properties represented the buyer Peter Petrakis of Petrakis Reality Group. 

“This milestone is a testament to how our firm works with our long-term relationships,” said Silber. “My teams’ relationship with Peter and his firm spans many years, which has allowed us to work in lockstep with their portfolio strategies.”
