Siegelman and Shkreli of Winick handle three restaurant leases totaling 5,100 s/f

Manhattan, NY Winick Realty Group’s Joshua Siegelman and Michael Shkreli have completed three restaurant leases totaling 5,100 s/f with high-profile tenants, including two food and beverage concepts.

Shkreli and Siegelman facilitated the relocation of Bareburger’s East Village restaurant, representing the chain as they moved to 173 Orchard St. on the Lower East Side. The restaurant location, which measures 1,100 s/f on the ground floor and 500 s/f in the basement, allows Bareburger to capture the weekday, weekend and late night crowds in the neighborhood. They join a variety of popular restaurant concepts, including Pizza Beach, Dr. Smood, Blue Ribbon Sushi and Mr. Purple. Landlord David Zarin was represented by Mizrahi Realty.

Otto’s Tacos signed a lease for its fourth NYC location and its first on the Upper East Side. The storefront at 1568 Third Ave., on the northwest corner of East 88th St., puts the brand within walking distance of Whole Foods and the recently-signed Chick-Fil A. The storefront comprises 700 s/f on the ground floor and 700 s/f in the basement. Landlord Solil Management represented themselves in-house. Siegelman and Shkreli not only represented the tenant in this transaction but will continue to work with the brand as they expand.

Nobody Told Me, the new concept from Nick Pfannerstill, a former chef at Michelin-starred restaurant Dovetail, will open at 951 Amsterdam Ave., where it will serve light bites and inventive cocktails to the Columbia University community. The restaurant will occupy 1,000 s/f on the ground floor and 1,100 s/f in the basement. Shkreli and Siegelman represented the tenant while landlord Ranger Management was represented by Mihran Shlougian.
