Siano of Sabre Real Estate Group arranges 4,000 s/f lease to retailer Dots

Sabre Real Estate Group LLC has arranged a lease on behalf of Dots, the women's fashion apparel and accessories retailer. Glenwillow, Ohio-based Dot's LLC, which has 400 stores in 28 states, will occupy 4,000 s/f at Crescent Plaza Shopping Center, 3507-3567 Hempstead Tpke. The store, the chain's ninth on Long Island, opened June 14. Jayson Siano, managing principal of Sabre, represented Dot's in arranging the lease with landlord, the Feil Organization. Randy Briskin represented the landlord in-house.
