Sholom & Zuckerbrot handle leases in Queens

Sholom & Zuckerbrot Realty LLC (S&Z) has completed its leasing assignment on behalf of Whiterock Ventures 14th Ave. LLC, owners of Northside Plaza, in the College Point section of Queens, according to S&Z president Franklin Zuckerbrot. S&Z initially arranged for the sale of the land to the owner two years ago, and was retained as the excl. leasing agent for the new 12,500 s/f shopping center, situated at the intersection of 132nd St. and 14th Ave. S&Z's managing director Douglas Weinstein was responsible for the leasing campaign. The center has parking for 43 vehicles. In a second deal negotiated by S&Z, Beyond Juice is taking 850 s/f at the Bay Terrace Shopping Center, in the Bayside section of Queens, according to Zuckerbrot.
