Sheldon and Fred Stahl of Houlihan Parnes complete sale of the Osborn Manor Apartments in Dobbs Ferry

Sheldon Stahl and Fred Stahl of Houlihan Parnes Realtors, LLC brokered the sale of the Osborn Manor Apartments, a 78-unit garden apartment complex located at 300 Broadway. The property, built in 1953, is on a 9.5-acre parcel. The property was sold in an all cash transaction after being exclusively marketed by Houlihan Parnes Realtors, LLC in the fall of 2010. Michael Lynch represented the seller, an affiliated entity of Houlihan Parnes Realtors, LLC, as attorney. Andrew Albstein of Goldberg, Weprin represented the purchaser as attorney.
