Shanik and Bromberg of Bluestone Realty complete $1.65 million sale
According to Bluestone Realty, the firm has recently completed the sale of 433 Van Siclen Ave. The four-story walk-up with 19 large units was delivered vacant and sold for $1.65 million.
The deal was brokered by Jason Shanik and Ari Bromberg.
