SERHANT. New Development expands with two executives

New York, NY SERHANT. New Development,  has appointed two industry executives to its growing team, Joel Dixon, as director of planning and design and Felicé Donatiello as director of business operations.

Dixon is responsible for overseeing all aspects of design and architecture for SERHANT’s national new development portfolio. With over ten years of luxury experience, he takes a performance-driven approach to design consulting with the aim of maximizing project value, increasing developer/investor returns, and improving project marketability.

Prior to joining SERHANT., Dixon worked for Witkoff on the design and project launch of two record-breaking developments. He started his career as a trained architect where he drove the design of nearly two million s/f of development along the East Coast and Southeast Asia. Dixon later spent five years at Compass where he launched their Development Marketing Group’s Planning & Design Division, working closely with luxury development and hospitality leaders such as Auberge Resorts Collection, Four Seasons, and Ritz Carlton.

Donatiello, brings 20 years of experience in real estate sales and operations. He has served as a key member of the executive teams involved in managing daily operations of a portfolio of new development projects totaling over $30 billion. Prior to joining SERHANT., he worked at Compass Development Marketing Group for two years and Douglas Elliman Development Marketing for eight years.

Donatiello has worked closely with high profile agents on prominent projects throughout New York and Miami. He will be working closely with cross-functional teams including; finance, legal and project management to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of all business operations.
