Last year marked TrueRate’s first full year of operation and I’m undoubtedly proud that our original team of three people sold just under $100 million of commercial real estate in that time frame and the foundation that has been built among our team to ensure long-term success for the new team members to come.

I’ve been to 35 countries (and counting) as of 2023. To build a deeper understanding and appreciation for different walks of life, a well-positioned itinerary should include visits to both developed and developing countries.

Despite the volatility in the capital markets, we were able to successfully transact on the asset in December 2022
