Rochester, NY Home Leasing’s Charlotte Sq. celebrated its grand opening June 19. Designed by SWBR, the apartment complex was recently certified as Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) for Homes Gold, an award for projects that recognize sustainable living for their residents.

Amherst, NY Jack Phillips, Principal of the Largo Group of Cos., arranged $6 million in financing for three apartment complexes. Together, the three apartment complexes include 61 two-bedroom units and eight one-bedroom units. Phillips arranged a seven-year, fixed rate, permanent first mortgage with five-year option and 30-year amortization through one of Largo’s correspondent lenders.
