Schuster and Rettaliata of Ripco Real Estate represent Panera Bread in 4,300 s/f lease at Barnum Island Shopping Center

Panera Bread signed a lease to open a 4,300 s/f restaurant in the newly constructed Barnum Island Shopping Center, anchored by King Kullen Supermarket. Panera Bread plans to open at this new location later this year. Brian Schuster and Tom Rettaliata from Ripco Real Estate represented the tenant. Matthew O'Grady, also from Ripco Real Estate represented the landlord.
