Schuster and Anthony represent The Winter Organization for three leases; assisted by Finkel, Alani and Draizen of RKF

According to Robert K. Futterman & Associates (RKF), the firm has completed leasing of three spaces within The Winter Organization's properties which span the western block front of Lexington Ave. between 74th and 75th Sts. and is being marketed as 1036-1052 Lexington Ave.
HB Home has leased 700 s/f at 1036 Lexington Ave., Second Time Around has leased 1,400 s/f at 1040 Lexington Ave., and Alex & Lorenzo Home has leased 700 s/f at 1048 Lexington Ave.
RKF executive vice president Ariel Schuster and director Izzy Anthony represented building ownership, The Winter Organization, in all of the leases. HB Home was represented by RKF managing director Marc Finkel, Second Time Around was represented by RKF director David Alani, and Alex & Lorenzo Home was represented by RKF managing director Robert Draizen.
HB Home is anticipated to open in spring 2010. Second Time Around is currently open for business. Alex & Lorenzo Home is anticipated to open in spring 2010.
