Schuckman Realty leases 3,588 s/f
Schuckman Realty Inc. announces the opening of Bethpage Federal Credit Union. The Credit Union signed a long-term ground lease and built a 3,588 s/f facility with multiple drive-thrus on pad site of Pathmark anchored Power Center. Co-tenancy includes Pet Smart, Starbucks and Ace Hardware, among others.
Kenneth Schuckman, vice president of Schuckman Realty Inc., represented the landlord, Basser Kaufman, and tenant in transaction.
