Island Associates completes 7,000 s/f

Island Associates has leased 7,000 s/f to National Welding Procedure and Inspection Consultants Inc. located at 940-944 S. Broadway next to Applebees. Island Associates Real Estate represented the landlord and Jeannie Shipman of Pendola Estates Realty represented the client in this transaction.
