Schuckman Realty brokers long term lease for Bethpage Federal
Schuckman Realty Inc. is proud to unveil the ground breaking of the newest addition to the Roosevelt revitalization initiative. Bethpage Federal Credit Union has signed a long term ground lease in Roosevelt at 383 Nassau Rd. County executive Tom Suozzi, congresswoman Carolyn McCarthy, Hempstead town supervisor Kate Murray and councilwoman Dorothy Goosby were just a few of the high profile names that attended the June 1st event. Located on Nassau Rd., Bethpage Federal Credit Union is ground leasing a property that was formerly considered a brownfield.
Kenneth Schuckman and Anthony Russo of Schuckman represented the developer and the tenant.

2024 Year in Review: William O’Brien, M.C. O’Brien, Inc.
What noteworthy transactions or deals from this year best exemplified key market trends or shifts? I would like to say there was an outstanding transaction for me this past year but 2024 was more a culmination of long-term relationships, most of which continued to transact. Deals were smaller in many cases but we saw robust leasing both on the agency side as well as on the tenant side.
