Schuckman of Schuckman Realty sells former Friendly’s in Bellmore

Bellmore, NY Kenneth Schuckman, president of Schuckman Realty Inc., sold the former Friendly’s located at 2640 Merrick Rd. to Precision Pharmacy.  This is Precision Pharmacy’s second Long Island location. Michael Stone of Cushman Wakefield was co-broker on the deal. The sales price was not disclosed. In addition, Schuckman has leased remaining space to North Shore LIJ GoHealth Urgent Care. North Shore LIJ GoHealth currently has 18 locations open with 11 located on Long Island. Schuckman Realty was formed over 30 years ago by its Founder, Stanley Schuckman. Through the years, Schuckman has been a leading retail broker and developer in the New York Metro area. As a strategic planner of retail stores and shopping centers, Schuckman has been responsible for millions of square feet of leasing and development; and has been hired by numerous national retail chains to facilitate market penetration, not only in metropolitan New York but also in Atlanta, Minneapolis, Milwaukee, St. Louis, Washington D.C. and Southeast Florida.
