Melville, NY Ralph Perna, executive managing director at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGKF), has brokered three deals. The first deal was the sale of ?386 Oakwood? Rd.,?? Huntington Station. The property is 5.5 acres and was sold to Huntington Station Project. The  seller? was? Elite Manufacturing Group?.? NAC Marketing G?roup leased 19,000 s/f at 95 Executive Dr., Edgewood. The landlord is Heartland Associates. In the last deal, Perna sold 80 East ?G?ates ?A?ve?., Lindenhurst, a 60,000 s/f property. The seller was Lindenhurst Realty Company. The purchaser was All Pro Horticultural.
