Schubert of TerraCRG arranges an 8,000 s/f lease to Kiddie Academy at 282 South Fifth Street, Brooklyn

Brooklyn, NY TerraCRG has completed an 8,000 s/f lease at 282 South Fifth St. in Williamsburg. The space will be occupied by Kiddie Academy, an educational child care center. Peter Schubert and the TerraCRG leasing team represented owner Midwood Investment & Development, and the tenant was represented by Eastern Consolidated.

“We are very happy to bring Kiddie Academy to this project in Williamsburg, where we see a lot of families and kids starting to call home,” said Schubert. “Kiddie Academy is the best-in-class operator nationally, and we look forward to doing more deals with them elsewhere in Brooklyn.”

282 South Fifth St. is a new construction mixed-use building designed by Morris Adjmi and features two levels of retail and 82 rental units above. The space is made very unique by its 35-ft. ceiling heights on the ground level and a private elevator to the second floor. Nearby tenants include Blink Fitness, Peter Luger Steak House and Traif eatery.
