Peter Schubert, TerraCRGBrooklyn, NY TerraCRG has completed an 8,000 s/f lease at 282 South Fifth St. in Williamsburg. The space will be occupied by Kiddie Academy, an educational child care center. Peter Schubert and the TerraCRG leasing team represented owner Midwood Investment & Development, and the tenant was represented by Eastern Consolidated.
