Schiller of C&W/Pyramid Brokerage represents Hein Foundation in $750,000 sale; Alpern of J R Militello Realty acts for seller, Pow Cow Realty

Buffalo, NY According to Cushman & Wakefield/Pyramid Brokerage Co., The William and Diane Hein Foundation has purchased 852 Kensington Ave. from Pow Cow Realty LLC. The 96,000 s/f building is on 3.55 acres. 

The sale price was $750,000.

Benjamin Schiller of C&W/Pyramid handled the negotiations for the sale transaction on behalf of the buyer. The negotiations on the seller’s side were handled by Michael Alpern of J R Militello Realty Inc.  

The new owner will be leasing the entire facility to Eight Days of Hope, a non-profit organization that specializes in nationwide disaster relief.
