The sale price was $750,000.

Benjamin Schiller of C&W/Pyramid handled the negotiations for the sale transaction on behalf of the buyer. The negotiations on the seller’s side were handled by Michael Alpern of J R Militello Realty Inc.
The new owner will be leasing the entire facility to Eight Days of Hope, a non-profit organization that specializes in nationwide disaster relief.
