Schiller and Seider of Pyramid's Buffalo office arrange $486,000 sale
Pyramid Brokerage Company-Buffalo, a full service commercial real estate provider in upstate New York, recently completed the $486,000 sale of 1400 Commerce Parkway. This 12,180 s/f industrial building, on 1.93 acres, was sold to Pow-R Devices, Inc. David Schiller, SIOR and David Seider, of the Pyramid's Buffalo office, represented the seller in this transaction.
