John Schiliro of the Kaufman Organization brokered a two-year, 2,500 s/f lease at 160 Madison Ave. for Tripology, a leading travel website. The company, co-founded by Chinedu Echeruo, who is also the CEO and founder of the online public transit guide HopStop.com, will use the space for its executive offices.
