John Hennessey, SIOR of GVA Williams represented Fortis Investment Management USA, in their 5,138 s/f lease at 150 East 52nd St. The seven-year lease is for space on the 20th floor of the 35-story building, which is owned by Plaza 52, LLC (Princeton International Properties).
