Manhattan, NY Rudin, a full-service real estate organization and one of New York City’s largest private owners, operators and developers of first-class real estate, entered a lease agreement with global real estate advisory firm Savills at 560 Lexington Ave., its 22-story office tower in the Plaza District.

As part of the five-year agreement, Savills will occupy 20,481 s/f across 560 Lexington’s entire third floor. Savills is expanding its New York City footprint with a new office located blocks from its U.S. headquarters at 399 Park Ave. The expansion space will bring together professionals from across several diverse Savills service lines, creating further opportunities for collaboration, innovation and integrated services to support client engagements and brokerage transactions.

With this lease, Rudin has completed more than 110,000 s/f of deals at 560 Lexington in 2026. Other recent leases include Corpay, Marex, SummitTX, Dynasty Equity and Ally Bridge Group.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Savills, a global leader in real estate, to 560 Lexington,” said Kevin Daly, vice president of office leasing at Rudin. “All the recent activity reaffirms Rudin’s ability to attract new tenants and cultivate long-term relationships – a testament to the building’s prime Plaza District location, dedicated ownership and exceptional level of amenities and service.”

Located two blocks from Grand Central Terminal, 560 Lexington features a new amenity suite that includes an indoor/outdoor terrace with food and beverage service, a lounge, a multi-purpose conference room and a private meeting room. The suite’s contemporary furnishings create a sleek environment that supports collaboration and client engagement.

Savills represented itself in the transaction. Rudin was represented in-house by Kevin Daly, vice president of office leasing, and Craig Panzirer, senior vice president, head of office leasing, along with a CBRE team of Brett Shannon, Peter Turchin, Eric Deutsch, Lauren Levy and Jacob Rosenthal.
