Savanna arranges two leases at 80 Broad Street totaling 19,535 s/f

Savanna, a New York-based real estate private equity firm, arranged the following two new leases at 80 Broad Street totaling 19,535 s/f. Loyalkaspar, an entertainment branding agency with offices in New York and Los Angeles, has signed a new lease at 80 Broad Street, occupying approximately 15,170 rentable s/f on the entire 8th Floor for a ten (10) year term. With an emphasis on crafting unified brand narratives through smart storytelling and an international design aesthetic, Loyalkaspar offers a full spectrum of strategic and creative capabilities from initial insight to final execution. Hal Stein, Adam Leshowitz and Todd Stracci of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the Landlord, Savanna, while Owen Hanes and Marc Nevins of Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. represented the tenant in this transaction. Labelium, an international online marketing agency, has also signed a new lease at 80 Broad Street, occupying 4,365 rentable s/f on a portion of the 13th Floor for a five (5) year term. Founded in 2001, Labelium offers search engine marketing and optimization, site performance monitoring, online media buying, and website consulting services. Hal Stein, Adam Leshowitz and Todd Stracci of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the Landlord, Savanna, while Daniel L. Schwartz of Winslow & Company, LLC represented the tenant in this transaction.
