Sangster of JF Real Estate brokers three leases totaling 18,084 s/f

Charles Sangster, senior vice president of JF Real Estate, acting as an exclusive tenant representative completes the following three lease deals totaling 18,084 s/f: * Hiscock & Barclay, LLP committed to a 6,584 rentable s/f expansion on the 9th floor in One Park Place. This will bring their total leased space to 58,568 rentable s/f, which encompasses the entire 10th floor and the majority of the 9th. Hiscock will occupy the expansion space on November 1, 2008. * Alliance Bank, NA extended their lease on the 17th floor of AXA Tower II and added 3,500 rentable s/f of contiguous space for a total of 23,678 s/f. * Homestead Financial Services, Inc. has signed a ten-year lease for 8,000 s/f at 5010 Campuswood Dr., Pioneer Park. Homestead will relocate to their new office December 1.
