Salama joins Monday Properties as GM

According to Monday Properties, the New York-based real estate development, ownership and management company, Hani Salama, former director of operations for the Empire State Building, has joined the company. Salama will serve as general manager of 230 Park Ave. and 237 Park Ave. He will be responsible for the operations and management of two of Monday Properties' signature buildings in New York. Combined, the properties contain more than 2.6 million s/f of office space, and are occupied by prominent companies such as Bear Stearns, ING and J. Walter Thompson. "Monday Properties is successful because we seek out the most talented people in our industry," said Anthony Westreich, president of Monday Properties . "Hani Salama is an exceptional professional, with a highly regarded record of managing complex buildings. He will be a key member of our team."
