Saidian of Capital Property Partners brokers $8.425 million sale

91 Bruckner Blvd. - Bronx, NY

Bronx, NY According to Capital Property Partners, Brooklyn-based developer Anshel Fridman of 91 Bruckner Blvd. LLC, made his first purchase in the borough,  closing on the purchase of 91 Bruckner Blvd. and 402-406 East 134th St. in the Mott Haven neighborhood.

The properties sold for $8.425 million.

Michael Saidian of Capital Property Partners represented both parties and brokered the properties completely off-market. The seller was Jeffrey Fiedler of Jescan Realty Corp. The Bruckner Blvd. and East 134th St. properties were previously owned by the sellers’ family for 55 years and 36 years, respectively. Both properties were delivered fully vacant. The buyer plans to build a large mixed-use property on the corner of Bruckner Blvd. and Willis Ave.

The transaction closed on January 3rd, 2022.
