Sage Realty unveils Equip by Sage

New York, NY Sage Realty (Sage), the leasing and management division of the William Kaufman Org., introduces Equip by Sage, a turnkey workspace solution offering move-in ready office spaces that are fully built-out, wired and expertly curated to meet tenants’ needs and specifications. The offering made its debut at 437 Madison Ave., Sage’s class-A office building in the Plaza District.

Utilizing Sage’s knowledge as property managers, all turnkey spaces are designed and optimized for various modes of work, from individual to collaborative in a hybrid environment. Equip by Sage allows office spaces to be ready for use on day one, ultimately saving tenants’ time and upfront capital costs with flexible lease terms.

“We are offering our tenants a streamlined, turnkey solution that will allow their offices to be optimized for greater efficiency and will provide the most dynamic workspaces possible,” said Jonathan Iger, CEO of Sage. “Given that our first Equip by Sage office was leased only days after we piloted the offering, there is a high demand for this type of product offered directly by a landlord rather than a third party.”

The first tenant to utilize the offering–Novacap Management–is a leading North American private equity firm that signed a 3,124 s/f office lease at 437, opening its first U.S. office. The Equip by Sage space is outfitted with a private office, meeting room, and pantry, along with furniture for workstations and lounge areas; all selected for quality and style.

With this offering, expertly selected furniture is curated for style and modern collaboration— from shared work areas to benches, lounges, and meeting spaces— as well as office botanicals and air quality sensors. All Equip by Sage spaces have pre-installed audio-visual and teleconference hardware with an included service package, access control using cloud-based technology, and visitor management through the Sage Connected app. The benefits of being in the Sage collection of properties include enhanced cleaning protocols and full service on-site management teams. À la carte services such as company branding and catering are also available.

Additional suites featuring the Equip by Sage offering are now available at 437 Madison, including a 5,433 s/f office space on the 19th floor of the building.

Equip by Sage will eventually be available throughout Sage’s three million s/f portfolio.
