
Manhattan, NY Sage, (recently rebranded from Sage Realty Corporation and The William Kaufman Organization) has unveiled the newly redesigned lobby and amenities floor at 767 Third Ave.
Jonathan Iger, CEO of Sage, and Guy Geier, managing partner at FXCollaborative, the architecture firm responsible for the lobby’s redesign and Alexandra Cuber, director at Fogarty Finger, the architecture firm responsible for the amenity space on the seventh floor took center stage to commemorate this achievement. The ribbon-cutting ceremony symbolized the rebirth of the building as a modern and sophisticated space.
Iger, in his speech, emphasized the commitment of Sage to enhance the tenant experience and revitalizing 767 Third Ave. He expressed his gratitude to the partners, tenants, and all those who contributed to this remarkable project.
Geier also shared insights into the design process and the vision behind the lobby’s transformation. He highlighted the innovative features and aesthetic elements that were carefully integrated to create a welcoming and functional space that reflects the building’s prestigious location in the Grand Central Business District.
Following the speeches and ribbon cutting Cuber and Iger, led a tour of the redesigned seventh floor amenity space, named “Oasis.” Fogarty Finger was responsible for reimagining this space, and its transformation aligns with Sage’s commitment to providing thoughtfully crafted spaces, from co-working areas to relaxation zones, further underscoring Sage’s dedication to the tenant experience to enhance their work-life balance.
Members enjoy a terrace garden with a dropdown screen for films, a cafe bar, lounge, library, board room, salon meeting room, catering kitchen for events and a plaza sculpture garden. Sage has brought Oasis to 767 Third Ave. and 437 Madison Ave. and will be bringing Oasis to 77 Water St. next. Each Oasis space is designed by the award-winning design studio, Fogarty Finger.
