Siano is the real estate representative in the New York metropolitan area for Massage Envy, a franchised chain based in Scottsdale, Ariz., which currently has nine studios in Nassau County and western Suffolk County.
By locating in the 86,435 s/f Smith Grove Shopping Center, Massage Envy joins such tenants as Citibank, Umberto's Pizza, Cards & Things, Destination Maternity, Smithaven Dry Cleaners, Zan's Kosher Deli and Panera Bread. It replaces a gift shop known as Violets Blue.
