Ryan Soames Engineering acquires AEP in New Jersey

West Orange, NJ Ryan Soames Engineering has acquired Adaptive Engineering Professionals (AEP), the full-service mechanical, electrical and plumbing consulting firm located in N.J. The company will employ three team members, led by company executive Alex Giordano, PE.

AEP is committed to providing budget-conscious and practical solutions for all their clients’ needs in a highly responsive and timely manner. The company has successfully completed many impressive projects in the N.J. area, including commercial, residential, educational, industrial and public buildings.

Alex Giordano. “Their commitment to innovation and dedication to providing timely, practical solutions for their clients closely aligns with our philosophy at AEP, which is why we believe that our companies have great potential to merge seamlessly under this new acquisition.”
