RXR to celebrate topping out of Two Clinton Park, 390-unit residential project in downtown New Rochelle

New Rochelle, NY On Thursday, February 16, RXR, master developer of downtown New Rochelle will celebrate the topping out of Two Clinton Park, a 28-story mixed-use tower and the firm’s third development project in downtown. Two Clinton Park will offer 390 apartments, nearly 24,000 s/f of amenities, and more than 7,500 s/f of retail space. The project broke ground in November 2021 and has since created 513 onsite construction jobs.

Two Clinton Park’s topping out underscores RXR’s nearly decade-long commitment to the growth of New Rochelle’s urban core since being named the master developer of the city’s downtown. Two Clinton Park and its sister tower, One Clinton Park, will provide 29,000 s/f of ground floor retail and public-facing amenities. Two Clinton Park is slated to open in fall 2023.
