New Rochelle, NY RXR, the developer behind the transformative redevelopment, celebrated the grand opening of Two Clinton Park, its newest and most luxurious residential tower featuring 390 apartments and extensive amenities.

Two Clinton Park offers an elevated residential experience with its 390 designed apartments, ranging from studios to three-bedroom penthouses. The tower has nearly 24,000 s/f of premier amenities and over 7,500 s/f of retail space. Residents will enjoy views, spacious layouts, and high-end finishes designed by Lessard Design with MdeAS Architects as the project architect of record. MdeAS was previously honored by Westchester Magazine for their work on One Clinton Park where they were awarded “Best Adaptive Reuse and Best Community Amenities” in the Home Builders Awards.
Located next to its sister tower, One Clinton Park, which opened in 2022, Two Clinton Park furthers RXR’s commitment to luxury living without compromise. Together, the properties offer approximately 50,000 s/f of amenity and outdoor space across the shared complex. RXR’s work in New Rochelle stands as a model for urban redevelopment, combining luxury living with community-focused development. The first phase of development has focused on four key residential properties: 360 Huguenot, 11 Garden St., One Clinton Park, and Two Clinton Park, bringing more than 1,000 new rental apartments to the area.
