Rudin's 130 West 12th Street condominiun is 100% sold

The Rudin Family's new condominium redevelopment, 130 West 12th St., located in Greenwich Village, has sold out eight months since the start of sales. "Our commitment to elegant, innovative and sustainable designs combined with the beautiful Greenwich Village location, has created a rare opportunity for our buyers," said Samantha Rudin Earls, partner in the Rudin Family Development and VP of Rudin Management. "The completion of sales of 130 West 12th St. speaks to the demand for quality homes in one of the city's most sought-after neighborhoods." The building is comprised of 42 residences in a mix of one to four- bedrooms ranging from 869 to 3,875 s/f, according to Stribling Marketing Associates, the exclusive sales and marketing agent for the building. The building also features garden units with private outdoor space as well as penthouse properties with large terraces. "Buyers also had the advantage of imagining themselves at home in the space thanks to the beautiful model apartments and lobby designed by Jed Johnson Associates with art curated by Beth Rudin DeWoody," said Sean Turner, executive VP of Stribling Marketing Associates. It is anticipated that 130 West 12th St. will receive LEED certification for the building. Additionally, the building offers an array of carefully selected amenities, including a landscaped rooftop terrace with spectacular views of the city, a fitness center, individual storage units and cold storage. There will be a full-time concierge and a resident superintendent.
