Royal Properties broker 2 leases totaling 2,869 s/f
West Haverstraw, NY Royal Properties, Inc. has completed leasing of two stores at Samsondale Plaza, 45 S. Route 9W.
SportClips Haircuts signed a long-term lease for a 1,135 s/f space and The UPS Store signed a 10-year lease for a 1,734 s/f space.
“Both new tenants are excellent additions to Samsondale Plaza and we are confident that this center will provide a perfect home for each,” said Jeff Kintzer, principal of Royal Properties, Inc., who along with Scott Meshil, represented the Landlord in both transactions. David Townes of Cushman & Wakefield represented SportClips and Jeffrey Nable of RIPCO Real Estate represented The UPS Store.
Samsondale Plaza is a 140,000 s/f dominant retail center on Route 9W.
