Rowley of CBRE/Rochester to receive 2007 Realtors Commercial Alliance National award
Joseph Rowley, Jr. of CBRE/Rochester has been selected among a group of individuals to receive the 2007 Realtors Commercial Alliance National Award. This award is granted to individuals who exhibit hard work and commitment to the commercial real estate industry and demonstrate outstanding achievements as a commercial broker.
Rowley has over 22 years of experience in commercial real estate, starting his career in 1985. Since joining CBRE in 2001, he has generated over $70 million in sale and lease transactions. He is the past president of the Rochester chapter of the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors (NYSCAR) and is the 2008 first VP for the state NYSCAR board.
He sits on numerous committees and working groups for the NYS Association of Realtors.
