Roth of ZE Realty represents Shalom Bombay and landlord for 1,100 s/f

Joshua Roth of ZE Realty represented both the tenant and landlord in bringing Kosher Indian eatery Shalom Bombay. With a first successful location in Teaneck, N.J., the restaurant is expanding to 344 Lexington Ave. between 39th and 40th St., a location that provides 1,100 s/f of ground floor space with basement storage in the convenient and highly trafficked neighborhood of Murray Hill. The new location is expected to open this month. "We are thrilled to bring this fine restaurant and its unique dining experience to Murray Hill," said Roth. "Located at the heart of a trendy residential neighborhood of young professionals, this is an ideal spot for a restaurant that caters to a wide variety of eaters, including vegetarians, health conscious patrons, and those looking to kick up the spice!" The exotic restaurant is known for its extensive menu of delicious Indian Cuisines, tailored to individual tastes with many healthy choices prepared in olive oil. Nearby retailers include Pret A Manger, Chase Bank, Starbucks, ProHealth Pharmacy and Le Carne Grill.
