Roth of Brick Realty arranges $3 million in financing
Brick Realty Capital LLC, through an affiliate entity, has provided a first mortgage in the amount of $3 million to a private real estate investment group. The collateral, located in the Mid-Town West section of the city, is comprised of a two story commercial building. According to Eric Roth, a managing partner of Brick who arranged the financing, the loan was closed within 7 days of the borrower's application.
