San Antonio, TX Kevin Ross, vice president of originations out of Largo’s Toronto office, has arranged a $9.5 million loan for the acquisition of a 300,000 s/f industrial property.
Using one of Largo’s correspondent life insurance companies, Ross provided a five-year term for the Canada-based borrower.
