Ross of Largo Capital secures $29.315 permanent first mortgage

Québec, QC Kevin Ross, managing director at Largo Capital Limited,  secured a permanent first mortgage for three parcels of the Mega Centre Lebourgneuf. This power center is occupied by national retailers and shadow anchored by major big-box stores. The property is located at the interchange of Highway 40 and 73 in a retail corridor, adjacent to Galerie de la Capitale and an 11-tower residential development.

Built between 2003 and 2006, the Mega Centre Lebourgneuf features 10 buildings with 31 fully leased units, providing 292,398 s/f of rentable space. The site offers visibility at the interchange of Highway 40 & Highway 73, and is situated 10 minutes from downtown Quebec City. This strategic location in a bustling commercial area ensures continued strong performance and tenant demand. The financing secured will allow for sustained growth and further solidifies the center's position as a prime retail destination in the Quebec City region
