Rosner brokered the 23,002 s/f lease at the Farmingdale Corporate Center located at 210-220 Sea Ln. He represented the landlord, J & L Farmingdale, LLC. Michael Freedberg of Suffolk Industrial Properties represented the tenant, Velocity Pharma, LLC.
