Rosner brokered the 23,002 s/f lease at the Farmingdale Corporate Center located at 210-220 Sea Ln. He represented the landlord, J & L Farmingdale, LLC. Michael Freedberg of Suffolk Industrial Properties represented the tenant, Velocity Pharma, LLC.  

Farmingdale Corporate Center is an industrial/office complex located across from Wal-Mart Plaza and Republic Airport with access to all major highways.   Current tenants include: Source HOV, Universal Hospital Services, Phillips Feed Services, American Van Equipment, Continued Care of Long Island, Group One Limited, New Galaxie Coffee, Lindenmeyr Munroe, etc.
